Born in Vevey, Switzerland (1979)

BIO
Marie is a sculptural and installation artist working mainly with clay. Her sculptural language is inspired by the qualities of wild nature, where fragile and roughness are interacting. She uses these qualities to examines indentity and human connections. Her work has been exhibited at various international fairs and exhibitions. Born in Switzerland, Marie graduated (BA of Ceramics) with First Class Honours from the University of Westminster, London, in 2008, and obtained a Diploma of Advanced Studies with highest honors from the Haute Ecole d'Art et de Design (HEAD) in Geneva, in 2010. Since 2022, she is an elected member of the International Ceramics Academy (IAC-AIC).
